Teen-Cocktails

Immagine
Nice friends of teenagers! I often get to have a fresh drink and taste and usually these types of drinks, especially at parties, are unfortunately alcoholic, so unsuitable for boys of my age. But there is no discomfort because fortunately, there are the non-alcoholic variants! And here are five tasty recipes to create them comfortably in your home! 1. Strawbelm This is a quick and easy cocktail, especially suitable for strawberry lovers. For each glass you need a sour grapefruit and 200 grams of strawberries. Put the ingredients in a blender and squeeze them together. If you do not like the remaining pieces of fruit, shake it until it is completely liquid. Then put them in the glass and garnish with strawberry pieces. 2. Fruit Friz For preparing this cocktail you will need carbonated water and 200 grams of berries. Alternatively, you can get some fruit juice. Put the fruit previously washed in a mixer, add sparkling water and smoothen. Pour into the glasses and

Ben trovati cari amici teenagers! In alternativa potrete proc

Hi Dear Friends! I'm Back!

Welcome! Here I am coming back from my fantastic holidays in Sardinia! Along with my family I had one of the funniest holidays and saw some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Let's start talking about the Costa Smeralda You will surely know it because it is attended by international stars and is one of the most popular areas in the summer, just because its beaches are perfect. We visited Prince Island (do you know it is on the most beautiful beaches of the island?) And Capriccioli's cave is surprising for its fine sand and rocky shades of granite rocks. At Cala Brandinchi, near San Teodoro, I really felt like I was in Polynesia: a white beach and shallow seas, with transparent water. Arcipelago della Maddalena Also called "Caribbean of the Mediterranean" is composed of many islands of which only the Maddalena and Caprera are inhabited, while the others can only be reached by private boats. Did you know that Car

Cari amici! Sono tornata!

Ben trovati!

Sardinian Cusine: a jewel for humanity

It's vacation time! My family and I decided to spend this warm summer in one of the places that represents the heart of Mediterranean cuisine: the wonderful Sardinia! And, more precisely in Cala Coticcio, a beautiful beach in the Maddalena archipelago. Well, thanks to the various contaminations received over time and its varied territory, Sardinian cuisine ranges from region to region, from roasted meats to bread, to cheese, to sea food and to ground, and to peasant derivation Pastoral, gambling, fishing and gathering of spontaneous herbs. I advise you not to get away from a kitchen that has become part of UNESCO's heritage: let me explain why! 1. Tasting fisherman's cusine Finding myself in a seaside resort, I had the opportunity to sample many delicacies based on the products that good fishermen have since the ancient Romans, fish lovingly and bring them on Sardinian table: like the special sauce called "garum" made of vinega

Looking for a good and healthy snack? Here are the fruit-shakes!

If you are looking for a snack that is healthy but also tasty, you are right in the right place! Me and my brother Emanuele, when the afternoon comes, we always make a good fruit smoothie, which keeps us light, boiled, energetic and, of course, satire! There is, however, an interesting distinction that few know: The real fruit-shakes:  Which can be obtained by blending the fruit into the blender and adding milk or yoghurt (smoothie) or ice, coconut water, ice cream or frozen fruit (frappè). The juices:  Obtained by passing the fruit into the extractor, a device that extracts the juice at low speed without overheating the fruit. The centrifuged:  Obviously they are obtained with the centrifuge in which the fruit is drawn and from which the juice is extracted. Unfortunately, the centrifuge has a sufficiently high extraction rate and therefore, with the overheating of the fruit, a significant loss of nutrients is obtained.   1. Good fruits, Healthy

Ciao a tutti! Ingredienti, quelli freschi e genuini Iniziamo dagli ingredienti.
